Whether your goals are to enhance your paddle board skills, improve your overall health and conditioning or to just have fun we want to help you achieve them. We will develop a path that includes both dry land and on-water workouts and paddling techniques. This program provides not only a physical experience but allows you to mentally escape into the beautiful, natural landscape of Alberta.
You may be asking yourself why should I try SUP? The answer to this question is quite simple...you get to stand on water and glide silently overtop of it!!! As if that wasn’t enough, you also get to do this while getting exercise and witnessing the beauty of nature. Not only that, but this exercise is literally working almost every muscle and joint in your body but in a low impact way! SUP is quite simply one of the best “bang for your buck” forms of exercise out there.
ADVANCED SUP SKILLS COURSEMEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Greg MorrisThe advance course builds on skills and knowledge learned in the basic SUP course and introduces participants to paddling in more challenging conditions and to more advanced paddle boarding skills.

BASIC SUP SKILLS COURSEMEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS: Greg & Jonah MorrisThe basic course introduces the novice to paddling in sheltered calm water. Both courses combine safety skills with paddling skills as well as knowledge based elements.
